Simple instructions and charts for finding your correct size. Always use a good quality tape measure. Old or bad quality tape measures often stretch when used or over time.
Bra Size
Step 1 - Bra size
With your tape measure encircle the body directly under the bust while wearing an unpadded bra. If the measurement is an odd number add 5″, if an even number add 4″… e.g. 35″ + 5″ = 40″, 36″ + 4″ = 40″. This is now your bra size. |

Step 2 - Cup size
For the cup size, measure the fullest part of the bust then subtract your bra size from your cup measurement. If its the same then you require an A cup. See the chart below: |
