Some things you need to consider when ordering from the USA:
- Postage fees for an order will typically be around $20 (about £12). We have found that even if you order only one tub of (for example) high quality ‘pharmaceutical grade’ omega 3 fish oil you will probably save money on UK prices for the equivalent thing.
- If you order 2,3, or 4 tubs the postage cost will not increase significantly or at all and you can make huge savings.
- If you order from a supplier in the USA and use the USPS postal service you will pay the lowest postage costs and the normal UK postal service will deliver it to your door.
- If you are given the option, avoid using couriers such as DHL and UPS. They may charge you import duty and administration fees. The likelihood of this increases with the size of the parcel. If you just order 2-3 products it is unlikely.
- Always choose to have the product shipped with USPS, it is very unlikely that you will be asked to pay import duty or any fees on top of the cost of the order and the postage. We have not heard of a single case of anyone being charged duty.
- Other supplements that are often beneficial along with omega oil products such as B Vitamins and Zinc are also much cheaper in the USA.

Buying from UK Suppliers
The high street is not generally a good place to buy supplements in most towns. The discount omega oils found in supermarkets and discount drug stores are not good quality.
Some stores sell reasonable quality oils such as Eye-Q but these tend to be very expensive.
Holland and Barrett’s range of omega fish oils are not the best, however when they have a half price sale their vitamin supplements are good value.
